Repairs & Maintenance Framework

Thirteen are looking to procure a Framework contract to provide support to the Investment and Maintenance In-House Teams on an \"as and when\" basis during periods of peak workload. The scope of this Framework Agreement is for the provision of responsive repairs, void repairs, capital works, gas and electrical works and commercial properties in line with the provided specifications. The specific work types have been split into separate packages (Lots).
