Replacement of boilers in two buildings

Harpenden Town Council is looking for a suitable contractor to replace the Council’s boiler systems at the Town Hall, Leyton Road and the adjacent Park Hall building, Leyton Road, Harpenden. This work would include: • Replace boilers and flues with room sealed type boilers. • Replace the control system. • Provide an automatic fill system. • Provide low loss header and new system pump. • Provide condensate lift pump to discharge boiler condensate to the drain. • Retain the existing boiler room ventilation system to provide room cooling using outside air.
