Ashford Borough Council is seeking a high quality contractor to carry out a window and door replacement scheme of 119 properties (mostly flats but some houses and bungalows) at assorted locations (urban and rural) within the borough. All windows and doors have been replaced before with UPVC double glazed units. The works are programmed to be undertaken between January 2010 and March 2020, however, the start and end dates stated in this notice are provisional and maybe subject to review. The successful Contractor must be FENSA or CERTASS registered and tenders from those that are not will be rejected without further consideration.
