The provision of containers (currently 40 yard open skips) and haulage to the contractor’s processing facility or transfer point will be undertaken by the Authority or its appointed haulage contractor, Biffa. The proposed Contract start date is: 01/11/2015. The proposed Contract end date is: 31/10/2017.
