Request For Quotation - Photo Voltaic Scheme and Energy Service Company (ESCo) Consultant

LMH (the Client) wishes to contract a specialist consultant (the Consultant) to undertake a detailed technical feasibility study and financial appraisal for a photo voltaic (PV) scheme. It is envisaged that the scheme would be created from LMH stock holdings and be managed by an Energy Service Company (ESCo). The study should determine which configurations of a PV scheme are technically feasible, which ESCo structure is appropriate and then evaluate options on the basis of capital & operational costs and other stakeholder objectives.
