What the buyer wrote

The project analyses carbon leakage and competitive distortions from domestic policy measures for carbon abatement from aviation. It develops a general methodology to quantify the scale of carbon leakage and competitive distortions from a range of UK-specific aviation polices specified by DFT. It also evaluates the impacts of carbon leakage and competitive distortions through differences in ticket prices between flights departing from the UK and other countries, which might result from unilateral UK polices. The results will be presented in a final report, as well as modelling outputs being presented in excel formats.
