The Arts Council England has engaged the Service Provider to conduct research to understand the resilience, and challenges of this, of Local Authority Museums. The Service Provider will provide the following services: An understanding into the challenges and risks faced by local authority-dependent museums in the current economic climate, and the different ways of working which are enabling some of these organisations to withstand these challenges and be resilient.
