Derby City Council are inviting tenders for the supply of services in respect of a Residential and Commercial Property Auctioneer to dispose of land and property in the City of Derby.The appointed agent will be required to provide property auction services for the disposal of land and property being mostly residential dwellings and smaller vacant sites usually in residential areas. In addition there will be the opportunity to dispose of commercial/non domestic land and property.
