Herefordshire Council is seeking to identify efficient, effective and reliable provider(s) to deliver a suite of residential, respite and supported living services (?the Services?) for Herefordshire residents with learning disabilities (LD). Herefordshire Council is seeking to award a contract in respect of the Services by 1st August 2016. The Council anticipates that this Service will be subject to TUPE implications; therefore, the Council intends to facilitate the transfer of applicable TUPE data via the Tender process.
