The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the procurement documents for the two Lots of refurbishment works as follows: Lot 1 - Refurbishment of the Pendle and Grizedale student accommodation blocks, including but not limited to stairwells, circulation, kitchens, M&E upgrades and minor external works as detailed in the Specification. Estimated net construction value is circa £2,000,000. Lot 2 - Refurbishment of Graduate College Houses 3 and 9 student accommodation blocks, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and M&E upgrades as detailed in the Specification.
