Gardener's Yard Retaining Wall Works The gardener's yard is a staff only area occupying higher ground than the neighbouring residential property. A retaining wall forming the edge of the Horniman's estate requires replacement and this part of the work involves enabling works consisting of removing a diesel storage tank on the Horniman's property (allowing for reinstatement). The retaining wall will then be constructed according to the structural engineers design and keeping disturbance to the neighbouring property to a minimum.
