Review of Records Management Procedures

IWM is seeking to switch from paper based to electronic records management and needs to overhaul its records management framework in preparation for the switch. We therefore wish to appoint an experienced records management consultant(s) or consortium to 1 Conduct a fundamental review of records management practices across the organisation’s five sites, in London, Cambridgeshire and Manchester. We will be looking for an evaluation of our current policies and procedures, specifically with a view to improving the way we manage our electronic records which are held in a variety of systems but particularly on shared drives and in email.
