As part of the regeneration of Rhyddings Park in Oswaldtwistle (which includes wider heritage improvements), this opportunity comprises path re-surfacing, upgrading and creation of new paths; creation of several new park features including an amphitheatre, regenerated parterre garden, orchard and car parking facilities.
