1. Project Description This is a partnership project between Natural England, the Environment Agency and Wessex Water the purpose of which is to: i. let and manage a contract to evaluate the delivery of the River Avon Restoration Plan (Phase 1: 2010-2015), both at the overall plan, and also at the project level, in meeting Water Framework Directive Protected Area objectives and Site of Special Scientific Interest favourable condition for morphology and natural hydrological processes. ii. ensure that the evaluation report outlines the areas where challenges have been identified and/or opportunities missed and to recommend better working practices that can be implemented in the n…
