Road & Rideside Vegetation Management Framework

We will be awarding a contract for external roadside and internal ride side vegetation management in South West England. It is expected that this work will be undertaken by a tractor mounted side-arm flail mower or Horizontal Shaft Flail. The work involves the management of road and rideside vegetation to allow the Forestry Commission to ensure all access is kept open whilst being kept in a beneficial state for wildlife and visually attractive for visitors to the forests. The areas vary greatly in size and operational constraints present but have been represented on a sample map as best as possible for each lot for the purposes of the tender.
