What the buyer wrote
The Commissioner is seeking to commission a Road Victim Service to provide support to individuals and families bereaved by road collisions. A flexible, bilingual service is required to cover the counties of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Powys in Dyfed Powys and Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan, Swansea, Merthyr, Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Neath in South Wales in the first instance.
