Roof Replacement and New Roof Services

This Framework is being set up to support Members with specific roof replacement programmes and/new roof installations . The main elements covered by this framework will be: •Complete Roofing Replacements – flat and pitched roofs •General works associated with the above The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of property types including, but not limited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools.
