Roofing Project

Westward Housing Group wish to appoint a single contractor for a 3 year contract with the option to extend by 2x 1 year, JCT Measured Term Contract, for roof replacement and repair works to social housing. The sites vary from individual flats and terrace houses, to large blocks. Works include complete flat roof replacement, pitched roof replacement (both tile and slate), rainwater goods, fascia cladding, chimney repairs, removal and reinstatement of flues and general roof repairs. The contractor is to act as Main Contractor for the works and to undertake the works in their entirety.
