Roofing Repairs and Asphalt Flooring Works

This Framework is being set up to support Members with specific roofing repair programmes and any one off roofing repairs that arise , any roofs beyond repair will be required to have a full replacement. The main elements covered by this framework will be: · Felt roofing repairs · Tiled / slate roofing repairs · Asphalt flooring works · Clean and repair PVC and cast guttering · Renew barge, soffits and fascia boards · Asphalt Flooring works The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of property types including, but notlimited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools. …
