Up to 160 new homes will be constructed across a range of council owned sites including vacant buildings, cleared land and parking / garages. Sites are mostly located in the HRA with several general fund sites which would need appropriation prior to delivery. Newly constructed homes will remain in the council's ownership as part of the HRA stock.
