Rushmoor Borough Council Management Development Programme

Over the past 3 years Rushmoor has been through a period of transition with a new Chief Executive and a change in political leadership in 2016. A review of Rushmoor's priorities, ways of working and approach to change and transformation has resulted in the introduction of an operating model and a Behaviours Framework to support the changes required and build on the 'Listen, learn, deliver better' ethos at the centre of the new Council Plan.
