Ruskin Drive Bridge F (359) Deck Replacement 2016

St Helens Council are seeking suitable qualified and experienced companies to replace an existing weak bridge deck and sub-standard parapet with a new precast concrete beam deck. The existing structure is a single span reinforced concrete beam and slab deck assumed to be simply supported formed from two 610mm wide x 260mm deep beams at 3050mm centres, both are monolithic with the deck slab. The deck has a constant 200mm depth and the deck surfacing is 30mm thick. The stringcourses are 200mm wide x 300mm deep in section.
