Rutland County Council Oakham Castle Activity Commission

Following completion of the restoration works, the Heritage Lottery Funded Castle Project is now focused on delivering an improved cultural offer through the site, and generating increased income to ensure its long term sustainability. The Activity Provider will develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of activities to engage the local community and learners of all ages and visitors with the heritage of Oakham Castle. Activities should be based on those detailed in the Oakham Castle Activity Plan (2014) and the work undertaken by the project team during the first part of the delivery phase.
