Nottingham City Council (NCC) wish to procure software as a service to help manage and administrate the following processes for themselves and on behalf of other public bodies: 1. Processing internal static PCNs, Clear Zone contravention PCNs, internal bus lane PCNs. 2. Issuing permits for parking and access schemes. 3. Undertaking blue badge assessments. 4. Administering environmental crime FPNs. 5. Administering DVLA removals and abandoned vehicles. 6. Pursuing contraventions by foreign vehicles.
