What the buyer wrote

To support our priorities and overall vision, the City Council seeks to procure a safe space service for female rough sleepers with experiences of domestic violence/abuse. The service will create a pre-refuge space to offer women excellent assessment, psychosocial education and advice, and support women to make positive informed decisions in a safe and therapeutic environment. Performing an advocacy role, the service will support women by making referrals to other support services and secure next step accommodation. Additional information: This procurement will be managed through the capitalEsourcing. Please go to the link below to register free of charge and participate in the process.
