Salix Homes Ltd is an award winning social housing provider based in Salford, Greater Manchester. It is a not for profit organisation and is responsible for approximately 8500 properties. Salix Homes intends to procure and award two contracts for a responsive drainage service, the scope of which includes unblocking drains, high pressure jetting, excavation work and drain pipe replacement. The service must be delivered in accordance with the response times set out within Document B (Specification). The services may be required and must be available 365 days a year.
