SBC CP Improvement Works to Montem Primary School and Pippins Primary School

Both Pippins and Montem’s schools have in recent years had problems associated with the heating and lighting systems. Both have inadequate heating systems and Montem in particular has failed on a number of occasions resulting in the provision of temporary boilers pending the installation of a new heating system. The poor systems are not energy efficient to meet the demands of the School and need to be upgraded accordingly. The toilet blocks at Pippins are old and outdated and do not provide facilities for modern usage and as such they need to be updated to reflect modern standards and requirements.
