The current building is split into two bungalows, being Lavender Court (1 Priors Close) and Respond (3 Priors Close). Both buildings currently have a layout comprising two kitchens, communal bathroom, laundry area, lounge, dining area, main office and ten bedrooms plus an office. It is the client's intention to undertake works to both Respond and Lavender Court.
