Our Members (14 organisations owning 130,000 properties) have asked us to put together a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for scaffolding services to include erection, hire and dismantling on (mainly) domestic properties. A DPS is essentially an approved contractor list. As our members cover a large geographical area applicants can identify the geographical areas they can operate in.
