The GMC currently uses 5 Kodak Scanners alongside Kofax systems for delivering a central workflow system for scanning. A pre-production environment is used for testing changes or upgrades prior to release into our production environment. Both environments are currently running Kofax Capture 10. The GMC requires support for all scanners and associated licenses. Support during a Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity scenario would also be required where the 3 Hardman Street office servers and scanners may not be available.
