Due to a shortage of pupil places for key stages 3 and 4, additional Secondary school places are required in the Chertsey area of Runnymede, as well as in the Merrow area of Guildford. In Runnymede, Salesian School has been identified as the most appropriate and viable location to be increased to meet the demand for additional secondary pupil places; and in Guildford, St Peter’s Catholic School has similarly been the site identified.
