Surrey County Council is seeking a provider of direct payments services. Direct Payments are monetary payments made to individuals who ask to receive one to meet some or all of their eligible care and support needs. They can be made to either a person with eligible care and support needs or an eligible carer, including children, young people and their parent carers. Direct payments provide independence, choice and control by enabling people and/ or parent carers to commission their own care and support to meet their eligible needs.
