Surrey County Council are tendering for the Provision of a Surrey Children's Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service (EWMH) on behalf of NHS Surrey Heartlands (CCG), NHS Surrey Heath (CCG), NHS North East Hampshire and Farnham (CCG) and NHS East Berkshire.
