SCC HA CSMT Leadership 2016

The Children’s, Schools and Families Directorate (CSF), within Surrey County Council, is facing significant performance challenges. These are evidenced by a number of internal evaluations and improvement plans which ultimately stem from the most recent Ofsted report. The performance issues identified are being addressed in a number of ways such as reviewing resources and cementing relationships with key partners across the system. We are looking to procure a programme for our Senior Leaders, which will focus on developing the culture and behaviours of our leaders to provide inspirational leadership to a Directorate of 4000 staff.
