MINI-COMPETITION SURFACE DRESSING PROGRAMME This is a Mini-Competition being run under the Surface Dressing Framework. The current framework contract operates on an annual mini competition basis. Awarding minimum programme of 750,000m2 per contractor per annum represents a fair balance. Please note that all conditions set out in the ITT documentation at the Framework Stage apply unless explicitly clarified otherwise.
