South Gloucestershire Council is seeking bids from organisations for The provision of a Scheme Based Supported Living Service for individuals living at a new 6 unit supported living scheme at 30f Blackhorse Lane, Downend, Bristol. Some service users may also be receiving one to one support from another organisation. The service users will be adults of working age; however, it is envisaged that they will primarily be aged 18 - 24 and may not have lived independently before.
