Schools Outreach Programme

Liverpool City Council (LCC) is looking to Establish a Flexible Purchasing Framework for Liverpool Schools Outreach Services under the Light Touch Regime using the principles of a Dynamic Purchasing System. Under this we are looking to appoint service providers to provide Liverpool schools with Outreach Services for Special Educational and Disability Needs (SEND).
