Scoping Study to provide Economic Analysis to support the Global Trade Programme

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office ("the Authority") is seeking short-term analytical and strategy development support to deliver an economic and investment analysis of the impacts of a proposed global trade programme, as part of a strategic framework to underpin future programme intervention decisions. The analytical support will make clear, robust, evidenced recommendations to assist in the design and development of this programme.
