Secure Document and Data Destruction Services

Red Cross has a requirement for a comprehensive national approach to the acquisition of secure document and data destruction services. There is currently no national arrangement in place for these services; however there are a number of small to medium local arrangements that are in place throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. These services have been acquired on a transactional basis and as such do not provide the opportunity to achieve best value through an aggregation of the overall spend / demand which will achieve economies of scale and a streamlining of the purchasing / ordering process.
