Sheffield City Council seek to develop a collaborative relationship with the Independent Sector to deliver impartial Disagreement Resolution and Mediation Services to Service Users and Education Providers, Local Authorities or Health Commissioners. Local Authorities have an obligation to inform Parents and Young People of the possibility of resolving disagreements across Education, Health and Social Care through the Disagreement Resolution and Mediation Procedures.
