Senior Level Assessment Centre Design and Delivery

Greater Manchester Police seeks to appoint a provider to support the design and delivery of senior level promotion processes. The provider will be required to deliver a robust, consistent and standardised assessment centre to ensure the credibility of the selection process for our future senior leaders. The contract will consist of a number of elements, including stakeholder analysis, design (including training and briefing) and resourcing. The assessment centre structure will vary between the Chief Inspector, Superintendent and Chief Superintendent processes.
