Service and maintenance of fire alarms, emergency lighting and nurse call equipment

Southend on Sea Borough Council is looking for a suitable contractor to undertake periodic servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and nurse call equipment to specified public buildings within the borough of Southend-on-Sea. The contract will include a planned service and maintenance schedule as well as a schedule of rates for repairs and new works. The contractor will need to be able to provide a 24 hour response to call outs.
