Service and Maintenance of Gas Fired Burners and Boilers

1. Description of the Service The scope and purpose of this contract is to provide a preventative maintenance service contract to ensure all of the Gas Fired Burners and Boiler Plant is maintained in good, safe working order and to provide an emergency breakdown/call-out service. All service and maintenance tasks are to be carried out accordance with: - Manufacturer’s recommendations. - The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 including any amendments. - Current British Standards/Codes of Practice prevailing at the time. - The Specification.
