The scope of the proposed Contract includes: The twice-yearly service of 45 stairlifts and 4 through floor vertical lifts and any resulting repair or maintenance requirements. Located at various Community Gateway Association properties the Contract will include any new installations that are required and their servicing. The Contractor is responsible for arranging these visits. At present, there are 10 re-conditioned stairlifts in storage which can potentially be re-used.
