The contractor shall provide inspection, servicing, maintenance and replacement (as required) of all Portable Fire Fighting Equipment owned or managed by RCT. Equipment includes but not limited to: - o Portable fire extinguishers (water, foam, CO, powder, wet chemical) o Fire blankets o Hose Reels o Ancillary items such as mounted brackets and signage.
