The contract will entail the provision of: • Periodic Servicing and Inspection; • Routine Maintenance; • Responsive Maintenance; • Planned Maintenance; • Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours; • Emergency Works ordered outside of Normal Working Hours; and • Fire Risk Assessments.
