The works will comprise the installation of an external wall insulation system to approximately 174 properties, split into several different types of 'non-standard' property archetype which have been built using concrete frames/panels, timber or steel framed structures. In addition to the external wall insulation, there will be the requirement to replace or repair other aspects of the property fabric during the works.
