1.1 SHG requires the services of an independent team of RICS qualified property surveyors to undertake a valuation of all Government properties including land for inclusion in the Government’s Financial Statements for the financial year ending 31 March 2017. 1.2 In addition to this the Government also requires a valuation of all property for two of the Government’s major subsidiaries; Solomon & Company (St Helena) plc and Connect Saint Helena Ltd as at 31 March 2017. 1.3 The Financial Statements of the Government will be prepared in accordance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and the valuations to be prepared should comply with the provisions of the Stan…
