The purpose of this application is to secure criminal barrister chambers and/or barristers from the Attorney General's Panel to act on behalf of the SIA in criminal proceedings at both the Magistrates Court and Crown Courts. The demand for the various matters will vary dependent on the volume of work, whether it can be covered in-house and whether it attracts levels of sensitivity and/or complexity which will require the instruction of Counsel.
