This project involves 5 partner originations working across South Tees, they include:- Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council, South Tees NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, South Tees NHS Foundation Trust and Tees Esk & Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust. Phase one of the SPA is proposed to go live on the December 2016.
